The queen of Halloween and supermodel, Heidi Klum,
shared a rare picture on her Instagram with her all four kids happily touring
around Germany.

The 47-year-old model is currently shooting season
16 of Germany’s Next Top Model. In
the picture, she is standing and posing with her four kids, Leni (16), Henry (15),
Johan (14), and Heidi Klum daughter Lou (11) while sightseeing the Boros Collection of contemporary
art in Berlin. Klum’s husband, Tom Kaulitz was also along with the family.

They have have masks on their faces as they are bundled
up for the chilly weather of Berlin.

Among her four children, Henry, Johan and Lou are
from her ex-husband Seal, while Leni’s father is Flavio Briatore, the Italian
business man. Heidi Klum model was in a short fling with Flavio and they had a daughter
together, but the couple broke up before Leni was born in 2004. Since then,
Leni was adopted and raised by her now ex-husband Seal.

Klum and Flavio have mutually decided that he has no
involvement in Leni’s life. But in 2018, the daughter reunited with father at
the Cala di Volpe hotel in Porto Cervo.

Recently, in August, she signed an agreement with
her ex-husband, Seal, to be able to travel with her kids to Germany.

According to court documents, Klum is allowed to
spend time with her children through December 19 and again from January 9 till
February 23, 2021.

A close source from family reveals that the children
prefer to spend time with their mother as compared to their biological father,
despite her having joint custody with Seal.

Along with a family photo, she uploaded a slideshow
of moments captured from the same day, where Heidi Klum new husband, Kaulitz having a great
time with the children in Berlin.

Earlier, her ex-husband filed an emergency motion
claiming that he would not allow Klum to take his kids to Europe for her work
because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

A week after that motion, Klum reached an agreement
with Seal that would allow their children to travel with their mother.

According to that custody agreement, Seal is
entitled to spend “extended time” with his kids upon their arrival in Los
Angeles. He is also permitted to visit the kids anytime during their visit in
Germany, which the former couple had to make some adjustments and compromises
to make things go smoothly.

It was also stated in the agreement that if United
States has to shut its borders due to COVID-19 protocols, Klum must make
arrangements immediately in order to return home with the children before the
borders close.

Even though court has permitted Klum to take her
children along while she travels to Germany for work, Seal has not yet approved
of this trip.

It’s inevitable for the model to travel to Germany
for the filming of Next Top Model as
German cast and crew members are restricted to enter the U.S due to the
pandemic.

After being in the marriage for nine years, Klum and
Seal decided to part ways in October 2014. After the split, the German model
started dating Tom Kaulitz, a German guitarist and song-writer, in February
2018. Less than a year together, Tom Kaulitz proposed to her on the Christmas
Evening to which she agreed and they quietly tied the knot back in February in
2019.

Kaulitz met the America
has Got Talent’s judge through ‘Germany’s
Next Top Model’ in 2018. The pair was introduced by a mutual friend on the
show. At 2018’s amfAR Gala in Cannes, the couple made their red carpet debut, with
supermodel dazzling in a shimmery silver gown and Kaulitz wearing an all-black
suit.

Judging by their recent pictures, it looks like
Kaulitz has blended well with the kids as they spend quality time together in
Berlin.

In an interview with the private news organization,
the 41-year-old model claimed that her former husband is neither letting her meet
her kids nor allowing her to take them to Germany.

Just because she wanted her kids to travel to
Germany along with her, she had to give up her right of spending Christmas
together this year. According to the agreement made after the emergency motion,
she is obliged to return the kids to their father for Christmas holidays.

In the petition, she wrote, “There will be a
three-week break for the Christmas holidays…” The children were originally
slated to spend this year’s Christmas with Klum, given that Seal spent last
year’s Christmas with them. She is willing to let Henry spend the Christmas holidays
with them again this year too only if he agrees allow the kids to travel with
her to Germany.

But it looks like her ex-husband is not happy seeing
his kids vacationing in Berlin with their mother.

The custody war is
still going on between the former couple, with kids wanting to spend more time
with the mother than their biological father.
