Despite the lockdown situation, the madly-in-love husband, Joe Jonas is planning something big for his wife Sophie Turner, for their first wedding anniversary.
What if they can’t get to Sin City, will Joe Jonas bring the whole city to their house? Well, maybe! The couple has previously planned to visit Las Vegas to celebrate their first wedding anniversary next month, but the lockdown measures have forced the couple to bring the city to them.
Speaking on the “Late night show with James Cordon” on Monday, Joe expressed that he wanted to make their big day special for his wife despite the current health crisis.
“I think we would have gone back to Vegas,” said Joe Jonas in the show, inferring that the prospective parents have a slight change of plans for their anniversary celebration due to the ongoing pandemic. “So, if you can keep a secret, I would say I might try to recreate Vegas in our house.” Not sure how he is going to pull that off, well, he continued, “I have a DJ set up. We could do a night club.”
Liking with his anniversary plans, James poured in suggestions and said, “You could dress as Elvis”, to which Joe responded with, “Now you are talking!”

As fans can recall, the couple tied the knot in the city of Las Vegas after three years of dating. The small intimate event was held after the Billboard Awards on May 1, 2019. “We legally got married in Vegas. So it’s our Vegas anniversary,” he said.
Joe confessed that he and Sophie were like typical lovers who used to celebrate every relationship event back when they were dating.
“And we used to be the couple that every few days we would celebrate. So it would be like we have been dating for a week, we would have a party or big dinner… we were that nauseating couple. Now, I think we have chilled quite a bit,” he said while talking to James Cordon in the late-night show.
The couple is all set to welcome their first child any time soon; meanwhile, they are spending quality time together in quarantine by playing around with Lego sets.
“We have done three ‘Lord of the Rings’ legos, we have done Hogwarts, the castle which is like 7000 pieces, the Bat mobile and ‘stranger Things,” he added.
Seems like they are setting major goals on how a couple should spend their time together in quarantine!
