After cliffhanger ending of season 1, Love Alarm is finally back with season 2 and oh boy, what an
emotional ride this has been!

Love
Alarm season 2 drops on Netflix today, and it has already torn
apart the entire internet! Either you will love it or end up completely hating
it!

Based on popular webtoon that goes by the same name, Love Alarm is set in an alternate
reality where people discover love through an app that alerts users if anyone
in within a 10-meter radius is in love with them. No, it’s not like any other
dating app like Tinder, if that’s what you are wondering!

The drama puts actors Kim So Syun, Song Kang, and Jug Ga Ram
on the lead roles.

The first season featured the love triangle between Kim Jo
Jo (played by Kim So Hyun), Hwang Sun Oh (Song Kang) and Lee Hye Yeong (Jung Ga
Ram), as they navigated their feelings through the love application. So, season
2 will actually reveal who Jo Jo is going to end up with.

Regardless of your interest in K-dramas, you will instantly
fall in love with this show just after watching its pilot episode. You may
choose to deny it, but nobody does romance better than the Koreans! For those

The show became an instant success after its debut on August
22, 2019. Season 2 was originally slated to release in August, 2020, but the
plans were postponed because of covid-19. Now, it’s finally here!

In the season 1 finale episode, we see that Jo jo and Sun Oh
have broken up and moved on with their lives. With the help of Hye Young, Jo Jo
realizes what it really means to be in love with someone and wants to reinstall
the Love Alarm application. Sun Oh and Hye Young get separated because of their
mutual love interest in Jo Jo. The developer introduces an improved version of the
application called Love Alarm 2.0 and its new features. So, season 2 picks up
from there.
