Many
media outlets are now being forced into action after the mass protests in the
United States have reinstated how important the Black Lives Matter movement is.

The
titles present in this category are Ava Duvernay’s 13th and When They See Us,
Spike Lee’s Malcolm X, Justin Simien’s Dear White People, and many more.
This
action was taken after the movies and TV shows based on police brutality faced
by black people began to make it to trending on Netflix.

some of the titles focus on the racial injustice and serious topics, others are
light-hearted comedies and works of narrative fiction. So pick your favorite
