Beating up an elderly man for a music video, not cool DaBaby!

Rapper DaBaby is under fire after being accused of
perpetrating a violent attack on a 64-year-old man, who is believed to be his
home owner.

The victim, named Gary Pagar, claims that the rapper “threatened,
beat, punched, spat on, shoved and robbed” him when he confronted him for violating
his rental contract.

According to the court docs filed in Los Angeles, Pagar
claimed that he had rented his property to the rapper only for ‘a private
vacation’ with his nine friends for a decided fees of about $43,706.

Homeowner Gary Pagar said in the court documents that the musician, whose
real name is Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, broke their agreement by filming a music
video in his house instead, along with 40 people, which also included the crew
members.

Upon confronting him on December 2, 2020, Pagar was pushed on
the ground by his associate identified in court as DOE. He was physically
assaulted by a large group of attackers present at his property.

There were about 30 people at the time of the incident, but no
one came to his assistance during the violent assault, the man claims.

Furthermore, Pagar said in his court statement that the rapper
came out of his vehicle to ‘threaten, taunt and punch’ him. He also accused him
of stealing his phone so as to prevent him from calling 911.

Passersby recorded the whole incident on their phones, in
which the rapper’s associates are seen pushing the 64-year-old man on the
ground. They are also seen wielding large sets of firearms on the property.

Jake Paul, a popular internet personality, was also present at
the incident for the video shoot, sitting in a red convertible. Paul, however,
didn’t get physically involved in the conflict.

The clips of the incident have been circulating on the
internet, with fans calling out the rapper for his unacceptable behavior with
the elderly homeowner. DaBaby hasn’t made any public statements about the
incident yet.
