Rihanna
is back in action!

The
Grammy-winning singer, Rihanna has teased her plans for releasing a new song
‘soon.’

Her
latest social media post caused a whirlwind of reactions from her royal fans
who have been waiting for her new music for a really long time.

The
33-year-old singer has become the “first Black artist to have an album spend
five straight years on the Billboard 200.’”

“Grateful
to the most High for putting die hard supporters in my circle,” wrote Rihanna
of her eight studio album “Anti.”

The
pop diva has just crossed 93.6M followers on her Instagram account.

Fans
have been desperately asking Rihanna to release a new album, or at least a
single, but she has been busy with her other businesses. She literally took
over the world’s tallest building (Burj Khalifa) to launch her much-anticipated
skincare range, Fenty skin.

Sparkling
up the world’s tallest building in style, the diva addressed her fans and consumers
virtually with an overwhelming message. “Hello Dubai, I am so honored to be
projected on the Burj Khalifa for the launch of Fenty Skin,” she said in a live
stream at the 828-meter structure. “Please go check out my Fenty Skin Island at
The Dubai Mall Promenade,” she added.

One
of the Instagram users asked her to celebrate this achievement by releasing a
song. The diva replied: ‘I think I should soon. Just one though, LOL!’

It
was the first time “love the way you lie” singer has given us an update about
her much-awaited ninth studio album, R9, in years.

 While
talking to a media organization last July, Riri teased that she has been
working on an album and looking for a perfect time to release it.

She
said, “You are not going to be disappointed when it happens. It’s going to be
worth it. I am not just gonna put it out just because people are waiting. It’s
taken this long, I’m gonna make it worth it.”

The
rumors have it that the diva is going to feature her boyfriend A$AP Rocky in
the new album, along with Savage X Fenty model Normani, Pharell and Diplo.

Just
recently, Riri was spotted on a video posted by her cousin, where she was using
her mezzo-soprano pipe to sing a verse form Popcaan’s 2018 single ‘Silence.’

A
year before, the Fenty Skin CEO sang a few verses of PartyNextDoor’s “Believe
it.”

Part
of the reason of not releasing any new songs is that she has been focusing on
her coffee table book, Cosmetics Company, and a lingerie line worth $1 billion.

Rihanna
was also among those artists who used their voice against recent anti-Asian
violence in the country, involving a mass shooting in Atlanta which left six
Asian women dead.

“What
happened yesterday in Atlanta was brutal, tragic and is certainly not an
isolated incident by any means,” she tweeted.

I’m
heartbroken for the Asian community and my heart is with the loved ones of
those we lost. The hate must stop.”

Recently,
the Umbrella singer was criticized for cultural appropriation, when she posted
a topless picture to promote her lingerie line “Savage X Fenty.” In the
picture, she hurt the sentiments of Hindu believers by wearing a pendant with a
carving of one of the Hindu Gods, Ganesh.
