The Hollywood Reporter has disclosed that the release of Disney’s live-action movie Mulan is being pushed back in North America. Previously, it was announced that the movie’s release in China had been moved indefinitely due to the disastrous effects of coronavirus.

We understand that by releasing the movie now, the movie-makers could have suffered major financial losses. In fact, they could have received flak for even releasing it now, since social engagements are strictly prohibited.

But, the point is that after hearing such terrific reviews from the early screenings, we turned our excitement up a notch. And now waiting is just… painful.
We were super excited to watch our childhood hero come to life. And let’s not forget, after that mind-blowing trailer and perfect casting decisions, people’s reaction and anticipation was expected.

Can anyone understand our feelings right now!

Sigh! Due to this pandemic taking over the world, making adjustments is a little hard!

We get it and we understand that other movies like the Fast and the Furious 9 and The Quiet Place 2 have been pushed indefinitely, too. But does that mean we can’t even whine about it!

Anyway, I guess, after Disneyland’s closure, there’s nothing else left for us to do but wait.

We know it’s not the fault of people involved in the movie-making. The virus is severe and unexpected. Until then, we can practice patience, right?

Oh, not to forget, the director of Mulan – Niki Caro has released an official statement on the matter and we all feel the same!

Read it out!
