Are you in quarantine and running low on supplies?

We’re living in unprecedented times, and that is exactly why we, as a society, need to take unprecedented measures.
Enter: How Much Toilet Paper!?
How Much Toilet Paper!? is an interesting website that calculates the most crucial bathroom supply for us. The website is easy to handle. You simply have to enter the number of toilet paper rolls you possess along with the estimated number of times you use the washroom every day. By doing this, the screen will show up a number that will indicate the number of days left until you run out of the supply.
You also have advance tools that equate the number of people in the house with the above mentioned information. Despite giving off a dystopian vibe, the tool is extremely useful. Interestingly, the website was designed by UK residents, Ben Sassoon and Sam Harris, as a mere joke.

However, in all seriousness, this website can function as “a tool that can educate the masses and help reduce the stockpiling issues going on around the world. We went from idea to deployment in less than three hours. The site has definitely gone through a lot of changes since the first version, but it just proves the power of the internet.” – said Sassoon.
He added, “You can go from idea to viral in hours or even minutes. We are currently at around 2 million viewers in just four days. It’s beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Our average user has 500% more toilet paper than they would need in a potential quarantine. We are hoping that people will use the site and see they don’t need to go out and empty the shelves.”
The world is experiencing a 360-degree shift with employees working from home, musicians performing live on twitch instead of going on tours, and Late-night TV show hosts becoming YouTubers. In addition to this, US presidential candidate, Bernie Sanders, has even started virtual campaigns.
“We are experiencing one of the largest social experiments in our generation — almost the entire world is now working from home, and millions of freelancers and service workers have unfortunately become unemployed overnight.” Sassoon continued.
It’s an interesting time to be alive if you’re a creative technician.
