The tech giant announced this on its developer portal so now the locals would not have to wait months to find tech support in their regions. But Apple has also asked the developers operating in those counties to log into the accounts on the website to make sure their updated licence agreement is accepted. This way, when the stores finally arrive, there are no problems with connecting the devices.
