In a blogpost released by Google on April 30th, the company revealed that Google’s Stadia now runs on the new One Plus 8 series of smartphones. Google has decided to make more Android smartphones compatible with Stadia ever since the service was released last year.

So along with Pixel 2,3 and 4, Samsung Galaxy phones including the recently released Galaxy S20, Asus’ ROG Phone and ROG Phone II; and the Razor Phone and Razer Phone II, you can now use it on One Plus 8 too.

Some other features have also been added to this service. So, if you are playing Stadia on a Chrome web browser, you will be able to hear your game’s audio in 5.1 surround sound but only if you have a Stadia Pro subscription.

The service allows you to display an onscreen keyboard when you are playing with a Stadia controller and need to input text. Google will also let you capture screenshots and clips when you’re playing a game on Stadia on a mobile device with the Stadia controller.

Furthermore, Google announced the launch of the battle royale hit PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds on Stadia earlier this week and said that several games from EA including Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, FIFA, and Madden, would be hitting the service later this year.
