Sony has unveiled many
details regarding the upcoming PlayStation
5, like the price and release date, etc. In addition, it also revealed the
price tags of several accessories that will be released alongside the console.
The list must begin
with the most important accessory – Sony’s DualSense controller – starting at a reasonable
price
of $69.99. If you compare it with the MSRP for the DualShock 4, you’ll
notice that there’s been a $10 increase, all credited to the fancy haptic technology and adaptive triggers which, according to Sony, cost a fortune.
Furthermore, there’s a charging station that costs around $29.99 – apparently, it can recharge two DualSense controllers simultaneously.
Sony is also releasing
the Pulse 3D wireless headset at $99.99. It aids Sony’s 3D audio system. ThePlay Station 5’s media remote is another accessory set to release on 12th
of November at a price of $29.99.
Finally, there is also
a new HD Camera featuring dual 1080p lenses – it permits players to broadcast
themselves while streaming gameplay via PlayStation 5. The cost of the HD
Camera is $59.99.
By launching a
dual-lens system, it seems obvious that Sony is aiming to set foot in the VR
applications. We’re not sure exactly how the new HD Camera would work with the
already existent VR headset. Let’s wait till the 12th of November
for a detailed review of all the accessories alongside the console.
