The time for flip phones is back, and after the first failed attempt, this time, Samsung has come up with a device that is slightly more stable. Unlike the last edition, this phone is introduced with a glass screen and judging by the demo model of it; it looks really cool and high-tech.

The Z-Flip has a very powerful hinge, and even though you might not see it in the first look, the small crease is present, but the fact that it has been styled so smoothly is what makes this model different from Samsung Foldable and Motorola Razr.
One improvement that is noticeable in the Galaxy Z Flip is that it does not creak while opening. However, the hinge makes it difficult to open with just one hand, so while it is a smooth operation, you cannot do it effortlessly.

When Motorola and Samsung first introduced smart flip phones, it seemed like a good idea, but the resistance the phones offered initially made them quite unpopular in the market.
This time technicians have claimed that they have regarded all the errors and have turned into a perfectly functioning phone.
The phone would be released on 14th February, yes on Valentine’s Day and the launch is happening without any pre-orders or previews which in itself is a red flag.

However, from what Samsung has reported so far, the feature that appealed to us the most was the front-facing screen. It is tiny and contains the power button which also acts as the fingerprint sensor so if you double press, you can open the selfie camera.
The only drawback that other technicians have found so far is the stiff screen, but Samsung says that it has been done so you can set the phone on the table and use the split-screen feature like a tiny computer and while that does sound interesting, we are not sure if using force to open the flip is a good idea.

Other features include a 6.7 inch OLED display with 8GB RAM, 256 GB Storage, 3300 mAh dual battery and Snapdragon 855 Plus. The back camera supports 12 megapixels while the front-selfie contains 10 megapixels. It can also be charged wirelessly and will be present with Android 10.
According to reports, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip will be first launched in the United States and Korea at $1380.
