However, Twitter is planning to revolutionize the concept of working from home with a new policy. Yes! The giant social networking site, Twitter just announced that it will let their employees work from home indefinitely until the deadly coronavirus is no longer a threat!
“Opening offices will be our decision, when and if our employees come back, will be theirs,” the company said in a blog post, revealing the further plan. “With very exceptions, offices won’t open before September. When we do decide to open offices. It also won’t be a snap back to the way it was before. It will be careful, intentional, office by office and gradual.”
The company has strongly encouraged “working from home” concept from the beginning and its employees have been working remotely since March 11. However, employees who are still willing to come to the office for work have to wait until September. “there will be no business-related traveling before September, with very few exceptions, and no in-person company events for the rest of 2020,” the company announced. Well, it’s clear for the Twitter employees as they may never have to set foot in the office again, at least until this pandemic ends.
